The Awakening (1970s)

The 1970s were a reckoning. Women were tired of being told to wait, to whisper, to shrink. So they rose. They marched in heels and combat boots, with signs in hand and fire in their hearts. Feminism wasn’t just a word—it was a wave.


This was the decade of firsts.


Firsts in politics, in boardrooms, in bedrooms. Women demanded choice, visibility, and autonomy. They weren’t asking to be included—they were claiming what was already theirs...their rights as a Goddess.
