How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

What are the return conditions?

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Can I exchange an item?
We recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Which items can’t be returned?

  • Sale items & gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Perishables (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous goods (e.g. flammable liquids)

EU CUSTOMERS

Do I have a cooling-off period?
Yes. EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return an order for any reason.
Items must meet the same return conditions.

REFUNDS

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
